Michael Peano was born in 1964 in the heart of Germany, to an italian father and a german mother.

At the age of 16 he embarked on a career as chef, leaving school and taking an apprenticeship to be a chef. 

 

In the following years Michael worked in some of the most prestigious michelin starred restaurants around europe.

In 1996 Michael moved to Sardinia and in 2000 he and his wife Rita started Dolci Peano.

 

After graduating at Alghero catering college in 2011, their son Davide joins the team and is actually in charge of the production.
